Shipping policies
- Orders will be shipped within 24hrs of receiving payment. Delivery will be by Royal Mail (First Class) or courier.
- You will receive an email receipt from Google Checkout confirming that payment has been made.
- You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped. Please call if your products don't arrive within three working days of this email.
Pick-up orders
You can choose to collect your order in person if you want your products faster, just select the appropriate option on the basket page when you are paying for your products.
