Hi there, lovely to meet you all

 

I started eating unhealthily at high school, not really understanding nutrition, putting all food in one category, just something to eat.

 

Over the last 19 years, I have been helping women just like you, to recognise and manage their daily health habits. I know what works!

 

Maybe you feel you’ve tried everything but nothing has ever worked, not for the long term at least... If so, then this challenge will show you something different, something I knew nothing about until I was in my 40's.

 

You will benefit from learning three key habits, the very same habits I teach my personal coaching clients, it’s seeing food, health, and movement in a different light so it becomes a way of life.

 

I remember wishing for things to change, I was desperate for more energy, to stop falling asleep on the sofa at night, to wear a pair of buttoned trousers that didn't dig in - I'd gotten used to wearing elasticated waists to fool myself that things weren't so bad, and to have a skin that was not constantly breaking out.

 

My results were not just about losing weight, I transformed my life, I'm 65 years young, healthier than I have ever been and excited for the next 40+ years of my life.

 

I am looking forward to us working together on this challenge, and hopefully beyond.
